Cool, very nice

We stopped here about a year ago. This time we managed to get another place with some effort. So making a reservation is a good idea, at least at peak times. In any case, the food was, like last time, very tasty. The ambience also has something so that you can feel comfortable. We'd love to come back.

Today we (2 people) started again in our favorite holiday destination Harz / Wernigerode. After a 350 km drive with a lot of traffic jams, we were looking forward to dinner at “Ins kleine Paradies”. In spring 2019 we were very satisfied here and got delicious food, even though it was very late. In autumn 2019 there was nothing after 8 p.m. Today we read on the Internet under offers: “Eat until late in the evening!” Because until late in the evening! We were earlier, on Sunday at 8.30 p.m. in the restaurant and were allowed to leave without having achieved anything! After 8 p.m. there is nothing left. We were totally angry and will probably not come back now. A pity!!!

Tipptop small super family restaurant where the waitress and the kitchen work with passion. Everything is cooked in-house in a fine, learned craft. Very highly recommended ...

The food was very good. Fresh home cooking. The service was very friendly and gave us a tip for a pastry shop that also tasted very good. The lady threw the shops on her own and was very warm and honest. Thank you, we would be happy to come back and recommend you.

The food was plentiful and ok. For red cabbage, I think 2 dumplings and 1 beef roulade as well as a small schnitzel with potatoes and mushroom sauce and 2 Alster waters are well paid for at 40 euros. The service staff was a bit rude

The service was very friendly, the food (Sauerbraten and Kassler) was delicious, fresh and the portions were plentiful. Moderate prices and very clean. Only a few potential guests were a bit annoying, and they became very unfriendly after being told that all tables were occupied and a reservation would have been good. But the restaurant can't do anything about that. Apart from the fact that, in the current situation, every single restaurant has to see where it is and cannot risk occupying more tables than allowed. 1. 5 * for the food, very good kitchen and everything freshly prepared. 2. 3 * for the staff, the way in which the guests are spoken to takes a lot of getting used to. 3. Paying 1 * for that, nowadays only cash only, that is not possible.

Very friendly staff and the food was delicious and freshly prepared. We would eat here again anytime.

Unfortunately we can't say anything about the food. Although only 2 tables were occupied at 5:40 p.m., we were informed (1 adult, 3 children) that there would be no free table for the whole evening. When we met a couple at the door 10 minutes later, they had just got a table. And the view out of the window of the holiday apartment above the restaurant showed that actually the whole evening never more than half of the tables were occupied. It's a shame - children are probably not that popular.

We ate very well here. The ox cheeks were perfect and prepared with the necessary time. You just tasted it. There was also brought Brussels sprouts to the point. Something was missing from the dumplings. Can't say what. Hence 5 points from my side. We have made a note of the restaurant and plan to use the large beer garden in the back yard again.

Really surprisingly tasty. At first glance into the beer garden, I was rather skeptical. The food was great in all respects. Fresh, quickly prepared and really, really delicious (roast venison). It also has a very cozy atmosphere. Service friendly, equipment and meals for children are available. Gladly again!

Home cooking at its best. Went there twice on different days. Once in the garden. Once inside. The roast with gravy is sensational. We had roast deer. The other time the hot plate. Also very good. Fast, good service. Very clean (also the toilets tip top). Good prices. Hasseröder on tap.

Relatively small portions I was a little disappointed. No side salad. Service very nice. Food comes fast. They throw the shop with two people. Respect.

Very good food, very nice people!

Delicious food and great beers for little money. The service is just as rustic as the food and therefore fits perfectly! In the evening there is a nice opportunity to soak up some sun in the back yard. In addition a beer and a nice home cooking - what more could you want!

I did not eat anything, I did not drink because you can only pay in CASH! No menu in english, service speaks only german
